The Mumokan Centre is a Cultural and Education Centre based in Las Alpujarras, Granada, Spain.

 

 

 

At the Mumonkan Centre we recognise that all of us want to be happy, at peace with ourselevs and others, and be deeply in touch with life. 

 

We all want to be happy, at peace with ourselves and others, and be deeply in touch with life. 

 

We also recognise that modern life is often devoid of meaning and as a result we turn to other means of filling the void this creates.  We are no longer in touch with ourselves nor the natural world.  We feel we are seperate and above the natural world.  We may even feel alienated from ourselves.  As a result many of our lives have lost their magic. 

 

The restoration of our sense of being alive, in a vital world, is the goal of our offerings. The restoration of balance, awareness and self knowledge is essential if we are to restore harmony to our daily lives.

 

 

We offer a range of activities to enable our visitors to explore their inner world, their relationships to themselves, each other and the world at large.

 

We offer a selection of workshops, retreats and seminars.  It could be a Dzogchen meditation retreat, a shiatsu weekend, a lecture on Quantum Consciousness or Satsang.  Alternatively it could be a leather workshop, basket making, bread, wine or cheese making.
