The Mumonkan Centre is a wonderful mountain finca  set close to the historic village of Juviles.  WIth easy access from Granada airport by bus or car, it is ideally situated in the mountains amongst these white washed villages of La Alpujarra.  Juviles has some shops, bars and cafes, a bank and a medical centre.  The people are warm and friendly and the village is well cared for.  The mountains are covered with almond and live trees and in the spring the terraces are filled with white and pink almond blossom.

Ecological toilets and warm showers are provided.  Food is made in our kitchen and is simple, tasty and nourishing.   At the Mumonkan Centre don't expect any luxuries - we keep it comfortable but simple here.  There is a big yurt for the workshops and lots of outdoor spaces to investigate and enjoy.  The centre is on the edge of a river with many trees and wildlife.  There are hidden terraces and secluded spots for meditation and contemplation.  Not a week goes by without some sunshine with long hot summers and snowy wild winters it is always different and stimulating.
